What to expect

Every course is taught by a professional who has done the job.

Each course is one or two days in a classroom, with a practical assessment at the end. You leave with something you can use at work the next day.

The day

Classes run from 9am to 6pm with a one-hour lunch break. Most of the time goes on practice: role-plays, audits, calculations and real documents from your own workplace.

The trainers

Our trainers come from operations. Between them they have run multi-site teams, graded service across more than 90 locations, written SOP libraries and taken new products from test kitchen to launch.

The class

Up to 20 learners in a public run, so the trainer can watch everyone practise and give feedback. Public runs are taught in English. Company runs can be taught in Mandarin.

The certificate

Attend at least 75 per cent of the course and pass the practical assessment in the final session, and you receive a zennminds Certificate of Completion. If you do not pass, you may take the assessment once more.

Corporate training
