Terms and Conditions

The terms that apply when you register for a zennminds course or use this website.

Agreement

  1. 1.1

    These terms apply to every course registration with ZENN MINDS PTE. LTD. (UEN 202419881W), trading as zennminds, and to the use of this website. By registering or using the site, you agree to them.

  2. 1.2

    The Refund and Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy and Appeals and Feedback policy form part of these terms.

Registration

  1. 2.1

    A registration is confirmed when we send written confirmation and receive payment or, for companies, an accepted purchase order.

  2. 2.2

    We may decline a registration, for example where a learner does not meet a course's entry requirements. If we do, we will refund any fee paid in full.

Fees and Payment

  1. 3.1

    Fees are as stated in our registration confirmation or quotation. Where GST applies, it is shown separately.

  2. 3.2

    Individuals pay in full before the course starts. Companies pay within the period stated on our invoice.

  3. 3.3

    Accepted payment methods are stated on the invoice or confirmation email.

Attendance

  1. 4.1

    Learners must attend at least 75 per cent of the course hours and complete the assessment to receive a certificate.

  2. 4.2

    We record attendance at the start of each session. Learners who miss part of a session may be marked absent for that session.

Assessment and Certificates

  1. 5.1

    Learners who meet the attendance requirement and pass the assessment receive a zennminds Certificate of Completion.

  2. 5.2

    A learner who does not pass may take one re-assessment. We will confirm the arrangements and any fee before the re-assessment is booked.

Conduct

  1. 6.1

    Learners must treat trainers and other learners with respect. We may remove a learner whose behaviour disrupts the class or harms others, without refund.

Course Materials

  1. 7.1

    Course materials are for the learner's own use. They may not be copied, shared, recorded or sold without our written permission.

  2. 7.2

    We take photographs or video in class only with the consent of the people in them.

Changes to Courses

  1. 8.1

    We may change the trainer, venue or schedule of a run where necessary. We will tell you as early as we can, and you may then transfer or cancel with a full refund.

Liability

  1. 9.1

    To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a course is limited to the course fee paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Use of This Website

  1. 10.1

    The information on this website is for general guidance. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but course details may change.

  2. 10.2

    Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.

Governing Law

  1. 11.1

    These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute.
