This Privacy Policy explains how ZENN MINDS PTE. LTD. (UEN 202419881W), trading as zennminds ("zennminds", "we" or "us"), collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data. It applies to learners, enquirers, corporate clients, trainers and visitors to this website.

We handle personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

By giving us your personal data, you agree to its collection, use and disclosure as set out in this policy.

Depending on how you deal with us, we may collect the following.

• Name and contact details such as email address, phone number and mailing address
• Employer, job title and educational background
• Payment and billing information
• Attendance records, assessment results and course feedback
• Photographs or video taken during classes, where you have agreed
• Information about how you use this website, collected through cookies

We do not collect NRIC or FIN numbers unless the law requires it.

We collect personal data when you

• submit an enquiry or registration form
• register for a course directly or through your employer
• attend a course, take an assessment or give feedback
• write to us or call us
• visit this website

Where your employer registers you for a course, we rely on your employer to have told you and obtained your consent.

We use personal data to

• respond to enquiries and send course information you have asked for
• process registrations, payments and refunds
• deliver courses, record attendance, conduct assessments and issue certificates
• meet our legal and regulatory obligations
• improve our courses based on feedback
• send news about courses, where you have agreed to receive it
• comply with the law

We may share personal data with

• your employer, where your employer has registered or sponsored you
• the trainers and assessors who deliver your course
• service providers who support our operations, such as payment, IT, cloud storage and email providers
• our professional advisers and auditors
• government agencies and anyone else we are required by law to disclose it to

We require service providers to protect personal data and to use it only for the purposes we set.

We do not sell personal data.

Some service providers may store or process personal data outside Singapore. When this happens, we take steps to make sure the data receives protection comparable to that under the PDPA.

We send marketing messages only with your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us.

We will not send marketing messages to a Singapore telephone number registered with the Do Not Call Registry unless you have given us clear and unambiguous consent.

We protect personal data with reasonable administrative, physical and technical measures, including access controls and encrypted storage where appropriate.

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. After that, we delete or anonymise it.

You may ask to see the personal data we hold about you and how it has been used or disclosed in the past year, or ask us to correct it.

We will respond as soon as reasonably possible. If we cannot respond within 30 days, we will tell you when we expect to. We may charge a reasonable fee for an access request and will tell you the amount before we proceed.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer. We will explain what this means for you, for example that we may be unable to continue your enrolment.

If a data breach occurs, we will assess it promptly. Where the breach is notifiable under the PDPA, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commission and, where required, the individuals affected.

This website uses cookies that it needs to work. Where we use analytics cookies, they help us understand how visitors use the site. You can block cookies in your browser settings, although parts of the site may then not work as intended.
